To sign up for class, please contact Nicole either by calling 260-918-1323, emailing nicole@alittlenote4u.com, or using the "Contact Nicole" button. If new to the program, then a one page registration form will need to be completed. It can be downloaded and emailed in for quick enrollment (form is at the bottom of this page).
